With the today's company structure, we are in a position to offer additional solutions for nutrient recovery from waste water, fermentation residues and slurry. The Arnold vacuum evaporator reduces the volume of waste water, liquid manure and fermentation residues by up to 90% very efficiently by means of low-temperature energy. The raw material (wastewater) is separated into clear, nutrient-poor water and a concentrate with all its nutrients.

The high-quality concentrate can be used as biological fertilizer and replace mineral fertilizer. Transports and final storage volumes and the associated costs are greatly reduced by the use of the evaporator.

By compacting the nutrient-rich dry matter into pellets, the end product can be used as a valuable organic farm fertilizer - the cycle is closed.
